Provide the firefighters with a clean and healthy environment to work in.

Provide the employees a salary and benefits that retains them with the department and provide them with an opprtunity to live localy.

Maintain and provide the administrative staff with good working conditions to help support the District.

Continue to be fiscally responsible with the District budget.

Improve ways to improve and continue to have open communication with the community about fire and life safety issues.
